A full body workout done ballet style.
Ballet Beats is an original program created to strengthen and lengthen muscles, build grace, musicality, flexibility and a love of dance. Suitable for all ages and levels, graceful or not!
We offer many styles of classes at both studios! Ballet barre classes (Ballet Barre Works), cardio (Beats), weights and ankle weights (Ballet Lift/Grounded), fusion (The Works and Barre Fusion) plus a stretch and strength class called Long and Strong. All classes follow the Ballet Beats syllabus, over 700 original exercises you (and your body) will love. We are also pleased to offer Classical Ballet at our Marda Loop location!
No dance experience is required. We provide mats and equipment at the studio free of charge.
If you are new to the Ballet Beats program or Ballet Barre Works Studios, let me be the first to welcome you to this inspiring, fun, supportive community. Our classes are completely unique compared to what's available out there for dance and exercise today.
I developed Ballet Beats to break down the ballet barrier, making it accessible to every individual, whether to enhance other dance/sport/art, for fitness, for posture, or to fulfill a lifelong desire to dance.
