Thunder Beats River Retreat
Ballet Beats and First Thunder Wellness partnered to create this one day retreat filled with dance, yoga, art, land-based healing and mindfulness and a raft down the Old Man River! It was a perfect blend of community, solitude and time spent in nature.

Mountain Retreat
We filled the cabin with love, energy, and movement, complete with a 90’s dance party! This weekend was a breath of fresh air as the weather began to change after a long, cold winter.

Mountain Retreat on the Lake
The mountains called and we answered. Our first three Ballet Beats Retreats took place at beautiful Lake Blaine, Montana on the Swan Range. We nestled into the cabin for a weekend of dancing, sweating, relaxing, and finding peaceful adventures in line with Montana living. It was magical to say the least.
