RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. Travel Insurance can protect participants against participation cancellation, Ballet Beats cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses for illness or injury. Please search for insurance with a "cancel for any reason" option to protect yourself. 

Cancellation by Participant 

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date any payments will be refunded minus an admin fee of $100. For cancellations made 90 days or less and more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% is forfeited and 50% will remain on the participants account to be used at a future Ballet Beats Retreat. For cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date, all payments will be forfeited. If there is a waitlist or the participant can find a replacement for their spot, we will accommodate a transfer to the new participant, plus a $100 admin fee up to 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. 

Cancellation by Ballet Beats

In the rare event of a cancellation by Ballet Beats due to low registration, the participant will be given a full refund. Ballet Beats cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred. 

In the rare event of a cancellation by Ballet Beats due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god or other circumstances out of our control, any refund provided will depend on Ballet Beats receiving a refund from the venue. Ballet Beats cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.

To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance.
